We want to have a positive impact on the planet. That is why by 2030, we want all materials in our products to be recycled or renewable, and sourced in responsible ways. The cotton in this product is grown with less water, less chemical fertilizers and less chemical pesticides, while increasing profit margins for the farmers. That way, we lower our environmental impact.

This handmade product is made by the social entrepreneur Jordan River Foundation, who provides long-term livelihood for female artisans, Jordanians as well as Syrian refugees – providing economic empowerment for the women.By working with social entrepreneurs we support people in some of the world’s poorest communities in their efforts to earn a sustainable income and develop their skills.
Each cushion cover is unique since the artisan has chosen the colour and placement of the embroidery and sewn everything by hand.
